Cowley Engineering was founded in 1999 and has continually expanded its services to include complete technical services solutions and contract electro-mechanical engineering.

We specialize in electro-mechanical systems and products, especially in harsh and demanding environments, and systems and hardware for reliability / validation testing. We can design, fabricate prototypes, install, and validate your products or solutions in our facilities. We can also provide services and custom designed and fabricated hardware in your manufacturing facilities as required to implement a comprehensive QA program.

We have worked on a wide range of complex projects ranging from one off repair and/or refit of unique machines and vessels through short production runs of precision electro-mechanical assemblies weighing many tons, and mass production runs of complex consumer electronics for severe duty environments, as well as salvage, rework, and repair.

We are well versed in CNC machined parts, Electro-Mechanical assemblies, welded assemblies, hydraulics, high power systems, military surplus vessels, industrial drive and sensing systems, specialized consumer electronics, marine systems hardware, precision motion systems, and much, much more.
